Welcome to Amber Learning Centre
30 Hours Free* (Conditions Apply)

One of the most important decisions in your life time will be choosing the right childcare for your child. Amber Learning Centre supports you by ensuring that the dreams, desires and aspirations you have for your child, can be achieved and that the learning gained through early years will provide your child with a strong foundation.

Amber Learning Centre provides education and care at two locations, one in Papatoetoe, Auckland which is licenced for 32 children aged 3 months -5 years and the second is in Tauranga which is licenced for 45 children aged 3 months - 5 years. We take great pride in providing a homely environment where children are loved, nurtured and celebrated for who they are.

We are open Monday- Friday from 7.30 am- 6.00 pm at Papatoetoe branch and from 7 am- 6pm at Tauranga branch. We offer 20 hours Free ECE. We are offering 30 hours free for a limited time. Pick-up and drop-off service is starting soon at both sites.

We aim to provide a fun, stimulating and inviting environment where children are happy and cared for by warm motivated educators. A positive attitude of our teachers stimulates the children to explore. They follow children’s interest in different areas and offer them new supplementary challenges. We provide developmentally appropriate experiences for different age groups.

For Parents

We respect parents as first teachers of their children; therefore we promote open and collaborative relationships with parents/families.

Our motive is to create a ‘learning community’ where parents and families feel a genuine sense of belonging and are involved in our programmes. Our doors are always ‘open’ and we encourage you to spend time with your child whenever you can.

We will be happy to meet with you to discuss your child’s progress at your convenience. We have comprehensive methods both formal and informal to ensure we communicate thoroughly. We work closely with you to support your child’s healthy growth and development by sharing their learning experiences each day.
